Join our Alpha Program
Be Part of Something Special (Before It's Cool)
Band-A.I.d is currently in exclusive alpha testing, and we’re looking for real working musicians, band leaders, booking agents, and venue managers to help us build the ultimate music industry platform.
Not interested in bedroom producers who’ve never left the garage? Neither are we. We want the road warriors, the weekend grinders, the people who actually coordinate gigs, wrangle musicians, and know the pain of double-bookings at 2am.
Why Join the Alpha Program?
Lock In Introductory Pricing... Forever
You read that right. Join during alpha and lock in our introductory prices for LIFE. While everyone else pays full price later, you’ll be grandfathered in at:
- Musician (Basic): $4.99/month forever (vs. future $7.99)
- Band Leader (Premium): $14.99/month forever (vs. future $19.99)
- Booking Agent (Premium): $14.99/month forever (vs. future $19.99)
- Rockstar (Elite): $29.99/month forever (vs. future $39.99)
- Venue Manager: $2.99/month forever (vs. future $5.99)
But wait, there’s more: A select few exceptional alpha testers who go above and beyond will be awarded completely free lifetime memberships. That could be you! (We’re talking exceptional feedback, bug hunting prowess, and genuine engagement – not just logging in once and ghosting us.)
Use It Free During Alpha
Shape The Future
- Request features – Tell us what you need and we’ll actually build it
- Report bugs – Found something broken? You’re our hero
- Influence workflow – If something feels clunky, speak up
- Real-world scenarios – We build for how YOU actually work
Heckle The Developer
Seriously. We encourage constructive heckling. Think of it as beta testing meets open mic night. If a feature makes you facepalm, we want to hear about it. (Bonus points for creative feedback.)
Who We're Looking For
Active Music Professionals
We’re building Band-A.I.d for people who are in the trenches:
- Musicians who gig regularly (not “I played my cousin’s wedding in 2019”)
- Band leaders juggling multiple acts and rosters
- Booking agents coordinating real shows at real venues
- Venue managers handling actual bookings
- Anyone who’s ever said “Wait, didn’t we already book that Saturday?”
Real-World Experience Required
This isn’t for hobbyists or people “thinking about starting a band.” We need:
- Active gigging musicians with war stories
- Band leaders who’ve dealt with last-minute substitutions
- Agents who know the pain of venue relationship management
- Venue managers who’ve accidentally double-booked (we’ve all been there)
People Who Will Actually Use It
Let’s be honest – we need testers who will:
- Actually log in more than once
- Try to break things (intentionally or not)
- Give us honest feedback (even if it hurts)
- Help us understand real workflows, not theoretical ones
Pro tip: The most engaged and helpful alpha testers will be considered for free lifetime memberships. Yes, completely free. Forever. This could be you if you bring your A-game!

Questions?
“How long will the alpha phase last?” Until it’s ready. We’re not rushing this. When Band-A.I.d is solid enough for public launch, we’ll transition existing alpha users seamlessly with their locked-in pricing.
“What if I hate it?” Tell us why! That’s literally the point. We want to fix what doesn’t work before public launch.
“Can I invite other people?” Not yet – we’re controlling alpha access to ensure we can support everyone properly. But if you know someone who’d be a great tester, have them apply!
“Will my data be safe?” Absolutely. We use industry-standard security practices. Your data is encrypted, backed up, and never shared with third parties.
“What happens to my data after alpha?” It stays with you! When we transition to full launch, your account, data, and locked-in pricing all carry over seamlessly.
“Can I really heckle the developer?” Please do. But like, constructively. We’re going for “helpful comedian” not “drunk guy at open mic.”

“I broke three features in the first week. They fixed two of them in 48 hours. The third one turned out to be user error. 10/10 would break again.” – Beta Tester Who Doesn’t Understand Greek Letters
“As a band leader managing four different bands, this has saved me from at least two potential divorces. My spouse thanks you.” – Testimonial We Hope To Get Eventually
