Join our Alpha Program
Be Part of Something Special (Before It's Cool)
We’re in exclusive alpha testing and we’re looking for real working musicians, band leaders, booking agents, and venue managers. Not hobbyists. Not “I played guitar in college.” People who actually live this chaos every week and would genuinely benefit from it being less chaotic.
Why Join the Alpha Program?

Shape The Future
- Request features – Tell us what you need and we’ll actually build it
- Report bugs – Found something broken? You’re our hero
- Influence workflow – If something feels clunky, speak up
- Real-world scenarios – We build for how YOU actually work
Heckle The Developer
Seriously. We encourage constructive heckling. Think of it as beta testing meets open mic night. If a feature makes you facepalm, we want to hear about it. (Bonus points for creative feedback.)
Who We're Looking For
Active Music Professionals
We’re building Band-A.I.d for people who are in the trenches:
- Musicians who gig regularly — not just open mics
- Band leaders managing real rosters and real gig schedules
- Booking agents working actual shows and tracking actual commissions
- Venue managers handling real bookings, not theoretical ones
- Anyone who’s ever said “Wait, didn’t we already book that Saturday?”
If that’s you, we want to hear from you. If you’re not sure, you’re probably not the right fit yet.
What We Need From You
- Use it for your actual work, not a test account you log into twice
- Tell us when something breaks — that’s the job right now
- Tell us when something almost works but doesn’t quite fit your workflow
- Be direct. We’re not looking for encouragement. We’re looking for the truth.
What You Can Expect From Us
- Critical bugs fixed fast
- Your feedback actually read and considered
- Features built around real workflows, not imaginary ones
- Your locked pricing honored, always
- Honest communication about what’s in progress and what isn’t
How It Works
- Fill out the form below
- We review applications within 48 hours
- If you’re a fit, you’ll get an invitation
- You’re in immediately — start using it, start giving feedback
FAQ
How long will alpha last? Until it’s ready. We’re not rushing it to hit a date, and we’re not dragging it out either.
What if I hate it? Tell us why. That’s more valuable than someone who loves everything.
Can I invite other people? Not yet. We’re keeping access controlled so we can actually support everyone who’s in.
Is my data safe? Industry-standard encryption, regular backups, no third-party sharing. Your gig data is yours.
What happens to my data when alpha ends? It carries over seamlessly. Nothing to migrate, nothing to re-enter.
Can I actually criticize the developer? Strongly encouraged. Politely if possible, but we’ll take what we can get.
We have a dedicated Facebook group for alpha testers — it’s the best place to ask questions, report issues, share feedback, and connect with other testers – Band-A.I.d Alpha Testers Group

Questions?
“How long will the alpha phase last?” Until it’s ready. We’re not rushing this. When Band-A.I.d is solid enough for public launch, we’ll transition existing alpha users seamlessly with their locked-in pricing.
“What if I hate it?” Tell us why! That’s literally the point. We want to fix what doesn’t work before public launch.
“Can I invite other people?” Not yet – we’re controlling alpha access to ensure we can support everyone properly. But if you know someone who’d be a great tester, have them apply!
“Will my data be safe?” Absolutely. We use industry-standard security practices. Your data is encrypted, backed up, and never shared with third parties.
“What happens to my data after alpha?” It stays with you! When we transition to full launch, your account, data, and locked-in pricing all carry over seamlessly.
“Can I really heckle the developer?” Please do. But like, constructively. We’re going for “helpful comedian” not “drunk guy at open mic.”
